Refund and Returns Policy

At Urveil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with returns and refunds. Please read our policy below for full details.

1. Returns

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale items (Final sale)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at Urveilprint@gmail.com or call us at +91 7719966819 with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will send you a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your item.
  3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Please note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • If your return is rejected (due to condition or policy violation), we will contact you with further instructions.
4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the specified time, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account or payment method again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@urveil.com.
5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Urveilprint@gmail.com with details of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for an exchange.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items or items purchased during promotional periods are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Urveilprint@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
